Wedding photographer and highlight film maker based in Gloucestershire


Prior to starting my own photography business, I worked as a wedding planner for 10 years. When my daughter was born in 2013 I started photography training and acted as 'second shooter' on weddings for local wedding photographers.


By 2018, and the arrival of my second child, I was ready to launch my own business and explore another side of weddings!


I absolutely love capturing the emotion of a wedding and, where possible, I try to keep most of my pictures unposed and natural.


My approach to your wedding photography

So many people ask me about my photography style, and the best way I can describe my approach, is to say 'documentary style'.

I believe that one size doesn't fit all with weddings, so I like to find out the story behind your big day and the things that are really special and important to you.

After being a wedding planner for 10 years, I know that no two weddings are the same, and it's essential that your photography tells your unique story in the way that feels authentic to you as a couple.

FAQ

How far in advance should we book?

As a wedding planner I used to always advise that as soon as you have the wedding venue, you should be booking the photography! If you have a date and a venue confirmed, get in touch!

Do you travel for weddings?

I'm based in Gloucestershire so most of my weddings are in or around the area. I can travel to your day but occasionally, depending on mileage, there may be an additional cost to cover fuel/possible accommodation costs.

When will we receive our wedding photos?

Your wedding images will be delivered by email. You will receive a link and password to view and download all of your images within 4-6 weeks of your big day (depending on the season and workload).

Can we request specific shots?

I love a Pinterest board! Seriously - if you have seen something specific you'd like to try and recreate or an area of your venue you know you'd like photos, we can discuss before the day and make sure we capture them for you. I can't promise to 'copy' another photographers images exactly, but we can recreate the poses/position.
